I have a really important appointment with my old friend Dr. Most Interesting.  He is a heart surgeon who dabbles in acupuncture.   He is a very cool guy.  I imagine he is hurting now because Syria is his home, even though he is a man of the world.  I can't understand the scans nor the reports.  I do notice a number comments such as "this is very odd," "I have not seen this before" and some other comments that seemed to leave the gentleman perplexed.  While strong, all of my organs are aging at a more rapid rate than normal.  One more little complication I can wave bye bye to that transplant.
